Is a refurbished Chromebook good enough for my kid?
These are the same models schools hand out to students. Each one is tested before it ships and comes with a 30-day replacement warranty.
How much does a Chromebook cost?
Each model shows its retail price for one unit on its page, by memory, storage and grade, with free US shipping. You can buy 1 to 9 right away with a card. Some models show “Request a quote” instead; ask and we'll send a price.
How long will it get updates?
Every model page shows the month Google stops sending ChromeOS updates to that model, from Google's published list.
Do you have bulk pricing for schools?
The prices on the site are retail. Schools and orders of 10 or more are priced separately: request a bulk quote and we'll send one price for your whole order.
Can my school pay by purchase order?
Tell us how your school pays when you request a quote, and we'll confirm the payment terms with your quote.
We're tax-exempt. What should we do?
Mention it in your quote request and we'll tell you what we need from you.
What does the warranty cover?
If a unit fails within 30 days, we replace it. You can also return it within 30 days for a refund, in the condition we shipped it; the buyer pays return shipping. Want longer? Add a 90-day return window for $9.95.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes. Every Chromebook ships with a charger, original or compatible.
How good is the battery?
Every Chromebook's battery is checked and holds at least 75% of its original capacity.
What do Grade A, B and C mean?
Grade A is Like New, Grade B is Very Good and Grade C is Good. Every grade is fully tested and works properly; the grade describes cosmetic wear.
