How we describe what we sell
- Live stock. The site shows only models we have right now, and updates as units sell.
- Honest grades. Grade A is Like New, Grade B is Very Good, Grade C is Good. The grade describes cosmetic wear only; every grade is tested and works. How we grade and test
- Google update dates. Every model shows the month Google stops sending it ChromeOS updates, from Google's published list, and we flag models whose updates have ended.
- Clear terms. 30-day replacement warranty on every unit, 30-day returns, and an optional 90-day return window for $9.95. Warranty and returns
- What we don't claim. We don't show reviews, ratings or certifications on this site unless they're real and verified. Ask us anything about how we work and we'll answer plainly.
