Can we pay by purchase order?

We're tax-exempt. How does that work?

Tick the tax-exempt box and we'll tell you what we need from you.

Can we mix models and grades?

Yes. Add each model as its own line with the quantity and grade you want. We'll send one quote for the whole order.

What if you don't have enough of a model?

Leave “Suggest similar models” ticked and we'll offer the closest match we have, so you can decide.

Can you set the devices up for us?

Tell us what you need in the form and we'll let you know in the quote what we can do.

Do you have a W-9 for our vendor file?

Yes. Tick the purchase-order box or mention it in your notes, and we'll send our W-9 with your quote.

How are the devices tested?

Every unit goes through the same checklist before it ships: power, screen, keyboard, touchpad, Wi-Fi, charging, battery, ports, camera and audio. It's also reset and free of any other school's enrollment.

Are the prices on the site your bulk prices?

No. The prices on product pages are retail prices for one unit. School and bulk orders are priced separately, in your written quote.

Buying just a few?

For 1 to 9 units of a model, you can buy right away with a card on its product page, at the retail price. Shipping is free in the US.

Quantities before your quote: stock changes every day, so the quote confirms what we can supply.
Payment terms, delivery dates or setup work until they're written in your quote.
Anything we haven't confirmed in writing. Need a specific document or certification for your vendor file? Ask, and we'll tell you plainly whether we have it.
